Rent or lease your property

On EPEX, tenants apply first. The agreement is signed only after you approve the application.

1. 1. List and verify

   Submit the property, your ID and proof that you may let it. EPEX reviews it before it is published.

2. 2. Receive applications

   Tenants apply with their household, income, rental history and documents. No one signs anything at this stage.

3. 3. Approve a tenant

   Review each application and approve, conditionally approve or decline it from your rental management page.

4. 4. Sign the agreement

   After you approve, you prepare the rental agreement and the approved tenant signs it. Rent payments are then tracked in EPEX.
