Your data rights

These controls are yours. Most of them are in your account settings; anything else can be requested from us directly.

• See what we hold

  Ask for a copy of your account details, listings, saved activity, offers and the record of who opened your documents.

• Correct something

  Ask us to fix a detail that is wrong. Verification decisions themselves are not changed, but an incorrect record is annotated and re-reviewed.

• Withdraw optional consent

  Marketing messages and recommendation personalisation are optional. You can switch either off at any time without losing access to the marketplace.

• Clear your browsing history

  Remove your recently viewed properties from your account whenever you wish.

• Ask us to delete or close

  Ask for your account to be closed. Records tied to a property transaction, a verification decision or a legal duty are kept for the period the law requires.
